Visitor Information

Visitors are requested to pass the Main Lobby / Information Area from 7:00AM to 9:00PM. Only one (1) visitor per patient will be allowed to enter the medical center. Handwashing before entering the patient’s room is highly recommended for all guests and visitors.

A watcher, who will stay with the patient after 9:00PM, will need a watcher’s pass. This is issued by the Admitting Section upon the patient’s admission.

Ward – 1 watcher allowed.
Semi-private / Private Room – 2 watchers allowed.

Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, ACE Medical Center-Cebu implements strict safety measures to attend to patients’ medical needs while ensuring their safety and protection in both hospitals.
